Session 4: Putting it All Together—Application 1.) Review of previous sessions objectives and experiences 2.) Five Key Competencies of a High-Performance Managers: a. Guiding the work b. Organizing the Work c. Developing the Team d. Managing Performance e. Developing Relationships (beyond your team) 3.) Activity: Putting it All Together--Managing the goal, objectives, resources and responsibilities to deliver on expectations 4.) Managing issues with the Six I’s for Insight and the QTR conversation 5.) Review of the multiple session take aways, creation of individual development plan for action and the 3 C’s survey—Change, Challenge, Commitment *The course price is per session, not to exceed 20 students
