Service Description
Session 3: Transition and Communication The focus of the session is to emphasis the new roles, responsibilities and skills required of the new supervisor who is work with the same team they were part of as a first line employee. 1.) Common errors made during the supervisory transition period—'from one of the crew to the crew leader’. 2.) New relationships, new responsibilities and the start of a new identity for everyone involved 3.) Five organizational realities supervisors ‘walk into’, how to assess the situational differences and communication and decision-making tools used to manage effectively I each. 4.) Activity: Five specific techniques or tools required for use when a person is new to you, the team and/or the project—Managing Transitions *The course price is per session, not to exceed 20 students
